Here’s how Zelle® works:
Say you want to pay Jen back for your part of the pizza you shared. Log into your mobile banking app and enroll your email address or US mobile number with Zelle®. Once you’re enrolled, you can use Zelle® within your mobile banking app to send money to Jen! Enter Jen’s email address or US mobile phone number to send her money. Double check that you have Jen’s correct info before you hit send to ensure you’re sending money to the right person. If Jen is already enrolled in Zelle®, the money will arrive directly in her bank account in minutes. If she’s not enrolled in Zelle®, she’ll get a message explaining how to enroll so she can receive her money! After enrolling in Zelle®, the money will go directly into Jen’s bank account.
Enroll in Zelle® today by following these steps:
- Log into the Excite CU mobile app or online banking
- Select the “Move Money®” menu
- Select “Send Money with Zelle®”
- Enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address
